Is there a lift?
No, unfortunately not. The apartments are situated in an old 15th century Palazzetto, and like most of the buildings in the historical centre, space is limited and was built well before the idea of lifts, making them impossible to be installed.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small pets are allowed with a small surcharge. Please give previous warning note when booking
What is the cancellation policy of Casa Navona Apartments
Due to limited availability, cancellations should be done well in advance.
Cancellations from 30 days up to 16 days from arrival, there is a 30% charge of the total amount. Cancellations from 15 days up to 1 day from arrival there is a 50% charge of the total amount. In the case of no-show the full amount will be charged
When do I pay?
Payment is made upon arrival during check-in when the keys
are collected. Cash and Credit Card or both accepted.
When is check-in and check-out?
CHECK-IN: We welcome you at Casa Navona when you prefer. Our staff will explain everything you need to know about your apartment and answer any questions you may have. A 15€ surcharge is due for arrivals from h20 to h23, from h7 to h9 and on Saturday morning until h13. A 20€ surcharge is due for arrival time on Saturday afternoon, Sunday and holidays. A 30€ surcharge is due for arrival time from h23 to h7.

Are there any special offers or discounts?
Yes, children up to the age of 3 stay for free (cot upon request) Moreover there are special offers for families and reservations of 4 nights or more. Special rates and discounts change throughout the year depending on availability and season. The best way to find offers is to have a look at our reservations page or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Select different dates in the drop down boxes and our real time booking system will display availability and prices for the required dates.
Is the left luggage available?
Yes, is available from h10 – to h19.30 for free.
Is the internet wi-fi connection available?
Yes, is available and it’s FREE.
What does the price include?
The price includes: the use of all the facilities and fitting, linen & towels, weekly or final cleaning and consumptions, taxes except the Rome City tax (€2,00 per person per day, except children under the age of 10 years) and except any check-in surcharge (please consult the other FAQs)
Is breakfast available on the premises?
Unfortunately at the moment breakfast is not served on the premises.
